On a 15-minute Zoom call, you walk us through three deals: a record-breaking result, a situation most agents would have walked away from, and a client you helped through something difficult. You don't need to prepare anything - we ask the questions and you answer them conversationally.
We run the recording through a structured synthesis process that pulls out the specific details - the numbers, the situation, the outcome - and builds each email, text, and ad script around one element of one story. The copy reads like you talking, not a template.
We send you all the copy for review. You read through it, flag anything that doesn't sound right, and approve. Most agents request minor edits on one or two pieces. The review takes about 30 minutes.
Once you approve, we load the copy into the follow-up sequence, set up retargeting in Meta, and publish the cold campaign. Leads that fill out your home value form enter the 60-day sequence automatically from that point on.
